Children's Theater Tour
(Rehearsal pts/Performance pts/Reflection pts)
Objective: To create a 15-20 minute show appropriate for children from the ages 4-7 that uses storytelling, character work, voice work, memorization, props, and movement. Each student must participate in the final production and attend the tour for pts.
Activity: The students are cast and work to stage a script that is provided to them. Then they take it to three school and perform it in front of an audience.
Reflection: Students watch the video of their performance and write a critique of the performance.
