<b>Class Objective: </b><i>Explore the history of theater performance and begin finding a personal technique as a student actor through: </i><br />

<i><b><span style="font-size: large;">Class Expectations: </span>Each Student will be required to do the following to get credit in the class</b></i><br />

<li><i><b><span style="color: #6fa8dc;">Doing all assignments and submitting work in our Google Classroom</span></b></i></li>
<li><i><b><span style="color: #6fa8dc;">Being prepared by performance dates (scripts scored, memorized, staged, and rehearsed)</span></b></i></li>
<li><i><b><span style="color: #6fa8dc;">Each student writing original work for the stage during the year</span></b></i></li>
<li><i><b><span style="color: #6fa8dc;">Multiple performances per progress period</span></b></i></li>
<li><i><b><span style="color: #6fa8dc;">One act play study (dramaturgy work - research, image finding and analysis)</span></b></i></li>
<li><i><b><span style="color: #6fa8dc;">Full length play study (from the Pulitzer list) </span></b></i></li>
<li><i><b><span style="color: #6fa8dc;">Attending a show at the Repertory Theater of St Louis and writing a review of the production</span></b></i></li>
